My first sustainable seafood dinner at Bostonian Seafood and Grill in The Langham, Hong Kong 香港朗廷酒店:

I started off with Bostonian Lobster Salad (HKD 298+) which went really well with my favourite avocado, sweet corn, and tomatillo vinaigrette.

The "Frutti di Mare" seafood tagliatelle (HKD 328+) is an easy choice if you're like me, who enjoy pasta with a variety of seafood like red prawns, clams, calamari, mussels with lobster-infused tomato sauce.

The dishes that topped my list were the Sautéed Scallops (HKD 248+). So plump and perfectly sautéed. And the Golden Seafood Pot Pie (HKD 358+) which blew me away with its refreshing lemongrass & ginger fragrance, fresh turbot, oysters, chestnut, Thai eggplant and awesome puff pastry.

Even though I don't fancy the sight of cod fish covered in "salsa verde" (green) sauce, the Black Cod Fish & Clams (HKD 358+) actually tasted incredible. Ate it with my eyes closed and it was the best cod fish I've ever had.

Happy Hour oysters are only at HKD 15+ each, plus, 50% off snacks menu between 5pm-8pm daily.

I've also tried the Unlimited Flow Drinks Package which happened to pair with my dishes very well. This package is available between 6pm-8pm daily. (Mon-Fri: HKD 198+ pp, Sat-Sun: HKD 298+ pp.)

Will I go back to Bostonian Seafood & Grill as a paying customer? Yes.
